5 Step to get your Destiny

Destiny is the path that leads you to the most terrifying thing in your life that most excites you. It’s a journey that requires you to grow to do what you are most passionate about—to do the thing you were born to do. If you think of your life as a video game character, the destiny is the golden path that the video game programmer created to give you the most fulfilling game-playing experience. And to be fulfilling, it must challenge you to become the biggest version of yourself so you can get to the highest level. That means you must

Advanced Meditation Guide

100201

Basic instructions

Sit in a comfortable position with your back straight, the crown of your head ‘pulled upwards’ and your chin turned in a little towards your chest. If you feel any pain in the knees or in the back, sit a little bit higher on a cushion. It is of essential importance that you can relax deeper and deeper, and potentially even fall asleep while sitting. If this is not the case, choose to sit in a chair or to lie down on your back.
During the meditation, try to concentrate on the physical, bare, sensations of the breath. When you are new to meditation, focus on the area around the belly, sucking air in, pushing air out. Try to breathe into the belly, here are the most veins that take up oxygen and helps the parasympathetic nervous system to calm you down. In time, when you have developed a somewhat better concentration you can move to the sensations around the nostrils. The sensations here are harder to detect and thus you need to pay more attention. Keep in mind that everything else other than the bare sensations is a distraction. Feeling good? Go back to the sensation of the breath. Having a good thought? Go back. Making sounds on the rhythm of the breath? Then you are masking the true sensations of the moment, try to find how it actually feels so go back. You might want explicitly note every time you get distracted. So if you notice you are not on the breath anymore, label the moment  ’distraction’ and move your attention back to the object of meditation. Keep in mind, every time you notice you lost the object, you are making progress!
Start with 5 minutes twice a day. Move up once you feel like you could and wanted to do more. This can already happen after the first session. Move up to 10, 15, 20, 25 and 30 minutes twice a day.
Intermediate instructions.
When you are around the 10 minute mark you probably noticed already the crazy habitual stream of thoughts. It is NOT the goal to get rid of these, just being aware of them and what their effect is on your state of mind is enough. Their pull will lessen over time. However, every time you get distracted from the breath, it means you didn’t notice the pull of the first thought that started another whole train of thoughts. You can ask yourself, why exactly that thought, that moment?
The more you meditate, the more you will notice that thoughts are just clouds passing by in the mind space. But some thoughts still attract your whole attention. These are the ones that you desire, or, in other words, the ones that distract you from what is really happening in your body, on the sensational level. These are the fantasies or worries that pre-occupy your existence because you don’t want to see what lies beneath.
When you run after your thoughts, you are like a dog chasing a stick. Every time a stick is thrown, you run after it. Instead, be like a lion who, rather than chasing after the stick, turns to face the thrower. One only throws a stick at a lion once.
-Milarepa
The instruction here is to relax into your body on every outbreath, letting go, and focusing more intensely on the bare sensations on every inbreath. This creates a rhythm, a tendency, that actually resembles a kind of courage to face old neurosis and traumas. Thoughts will still be there, but they will become powerless. They will show their true face, not the commander of the human passions, but the slave that works for the passions.
The next step is to go deep into the sensations. At the start of an inbreath, the sensations are barely noticeable. At one point, where the speed of inhalation is the highest, the tingling around the nostrils is the most intense. And at the end, when the lungs are quite full already the sensations slowly disappear. When they are hard to distinguish from other stimuli around you, try to go deeper. Zoom in. Can you feel a little more before they disappear? Is it really one sensation, or are there many small ones? Investigate and keep your eyes on the ball. Go back to the breath when distracted.
The more you meditate the more you find old layers of tension popping up in your awareness. Places where anxiety rests. These are the places that stress up when you are in a situation that seems hostile to you. This could be all the time (chronic tension). The most common ones are the areas around the neck and shoulder, chest and groin. When you notice this, try to be mindful during the day. Just being aware of it and when possible, try to relax the tension.
When you go deeper into these areas, you might get distracted much quicker than when concentrating on the sensations of the breath. This is because your defense mechanisms house there. You don’t like being aware of it, it feels like suffering. You would rather be un-conscious of them. This is true every time you are completely into your thought stream and not in your body. Thoughts can not feel suffering but your body can. And if your body get’s too in-tense, we run into our own fabricated house of symbols. Remember that most people go through life, day in day out, without a fundamental trusting connection with their body. Be compassionate, be caring. Being scared and hurt can show itself in many ways. (anger, arrogance, pride, revenge, anxiety etc). Don’t forget to include yourself into the circle of compassion.
If after a few months of being mindful of these problem areas you still can’t relax into them fully, then you could try to add yoga, tai chi, chi qong or dancing to your practice. It opens up the tension, it is a really powerful tool that is probably very uncomfortable for many. But, once the old knots disappear, you feel lifted, the world seems lighter and a more happy place.
Advanced Instructions
At one point you will experience what is sometimes called access concentration. This is the point where nothing will distract you from the object of the breath. Thoughts still appear but they are in the background, just like the sensation of your legs while sitting right now. They simply inform instead of screaming for attention. At this point, which should be easy doable in 1-2 months of 20 minutes of meditation twice a day, you can choose to go three different, albeit overlapping, ways.
1.  Develop Deeper Concentration
Continue focusing on the breath. Keep zooming in more and more. The breath is a great tool because the more you relax, the harder it is to detect the sensations. So the difficulty level goes up over time and so keeps challenging your limits. Deeper concentration, being less prone to distraction, will benefit your overall well-being and other spiritual practices immensely.
At one point you can switch the object from the breath to the space of the mind. Here are where the small distractions lie that normally go unnoticed. The ones that pull you a little bit away from your moment to moment experience (because the mind doesn’t want to, I will elaborate a little bit on this later on). The object is the mind is everything that arises in the mind, and nothing else. Treat everything else, sounds, bodily sensations, pain etc. as distraction. In the beginning it is very hard to distinguish this area from the more tangible sensations. To make this a bit easier you can question yourself; what is the mind? Where does this question come from? Where is it located? Just relax and see what answers pops up! For a great overview what is possible and how far the mind can train itself read The Attention Revolution: Unlocking the Power of the Focused Mind.
2. Entering Jhana
Jhanas are the blissfull altered states of mind one can enter during meditation. Jhana is also called ‘absorption’ or ‘ecstasy’. And that is exactly how it feels. During jhanas you are so completely absorbed into the object of meditation that all distinctions between the observer and the observed will cease to exist. It can give you great insight into reality and give a profound sense of bliss and joy. There are eight jhanas but I will only elaborate on how to enter the first one. For more information you can check out this wonderful book Focused and Fearless: A Meditator’s Guide to States of Deep Joy, Calm, and Clarity or this online free PDF.
When you entered access concentration and your body is as calm as can be, the places where you normally hold tension are now relaxed and thoughts are just whispers in the distance you can decide to enter the first jhana. Slowly, without getting distracted, move your attention from the breath to a pleasant sensation. Most common areas are the hands, the chest or the breath itself. Focus on the pleasantness of the sensation. It is of utmost importance to not get distracted. Don’t think to yourself how pleasant it is or if this is the right spot because it is very easy to lose access concentration. When you focus on something pleasant it is very likely it will cost you less effort. In this way, you can, as it were, slide into the absorptive state. It might start out small, but it can grow to infinity in a non-linear way. In the buddhist scriptures it has been said that jhana’s act as a fire that can burn away mental defilements. Just keep in mind not to get attached to these blissful sensations!
3. Investigate The Three Marks of Existence
The three marks of existence are experiential truths you can investigate to liberate yourself from suffering. Meditation is a tool to become skillful enough in this investigation that you can understand and face reality as it really is, at any given moment. Once you entered access concentration you can take any given phenomenon arising in your experiential field and find these three marks.
Anicca: Impermanence. Everything sensory experience changes from moment to moment. There is no fixed substance anywhere. Everything is transitory. This is one of the easiest marks to grasp. Every sensation consists of thousand other sensations which in turn also consists of a thousand others. Some are slow, some are fast, but they never last.
To investigate this, find an object, any part of now you like, and see if you can find something that is not changing. If you find anything, take that as an object and investigate deeper. Even the worst pains and the highest joys don’t last forever and neither does the mental projection of an observer.
Dukkha: This is often translated as suffering but a better term is un-satisfactoriness. Since all phenomena are in a constant state of flux, there is nothing you can hold on, nothing you can control, nothing you can keep safe. But our desire is to get happy, and once we have happiness, to keep it. Yet this is impossible.
To investigate this, take any object and explore the anicca part of it and see what the mind does. It tries to hold the pleasant states or reject the unpleasant states. If it has something it likes, it wants more of it or wants to try to secure it. It is something we constantly do, something we can’t even imagine we can do without. If we can let go of this continuous grasping, just like the tension I mentioned earlier, we get uplifted immediately. It takes some bravery and courage to investigate this, but it will also develop the strength needed to confront any issues you might have in life.
Anatta: Non self. There is no observer that observes. There is no thinker of thoughts, not hearer of sounds. If you entered a jhana you understand that at that point, the observer and the observed are one. But this goes for every single phenomena in our experience. At one point, there is just the breath, or just the hands, or just the ongoing stream of thoughts in our mind space. (Watch out! It is very easy to identify yourself with the one who has the thoughts, but remember, this ‘observer’ just arises and passes away too, it is just a mental construct designed to make something permanent).
If you made it this far, I want to thank you for reading my words. You clearly have an interest in meditation and I honestly believe it is one of most beautiful gifts we can give ourselves and others. every time you take a moment to sit, you show the world how courageous you are and that you are not afraid to take the whole universe into your comfort zone.
For those that show an interest in meditation but never really found a way to start or keep a daily practice. I know you can do it. Yes, it’s hard, it’s not always fun and it takes time. Sometimes you aren’t even sure why you are doing it at all. But isn’t this true for everything worth in life? There is great source of joy and strength to be discovered, all it takes is a little discipline. It is all right to be afraid, nobody can tell us where we have come from. Maybe it’s time to do away with the band-aids and accept our moment to moment experience as it really is and not as we wish it to be?

Palms Reading (advanced)

Palm-reading is a worthwhile talent that an unfortunately small amount of people know how to do. While it is relatively easy to learn the basics of reading palms, there are more than just lines on your hand. Palm reading consists of three parts: Chirognomy (study of hand shapes, including fingers and mounts), Chiromancy (study of the lines) and Dermatoglyphics (study of skin ridges and fingerprints). Read on to learn some advanced techniques to use while reading palms.

Fingers
  1. 1
Examine the finger shape. Finger shape normally coincides with the shape of the hand. However, most hands represent a mixture of finger types. This mixture helps to create a diversity of qualities and talents for a person. The shape of the fingernail is also used in trying to determine the type of finger.

    • Square fingers have square nails and represent a down-to-earth quality in respect to the attributes of the finger.
    • Pointed fingers often have almond-shaped nails and reveal an artistic nature.
    • Spade-shaped fingers have square-based nails which broaden at the tip and represent inventiveness.
    • Cone-shaped fingers have oval nails and represents an imaginative quality.
    • With mixed fingers, if a person had a square type of ring finger, for example, then they would be artistically inclined. But if the same person had a pointed index finger, then their occupation will commonly not be art-related.
    • When it comes to nails, naturally long nails show a soft heart; short nails show an unfortunate paranoid and uneasy nature; wide nails show quarrelsome qualities; narrow nails show a conservative and refined nature.
  2. 2
Examine the finger smoothness. The smoothness or knottiness of the fingers and their joints is a good indication of which area of life a person would most likely be active in. It also deals with the instinctive, practical, and intellectual attainment in regards to the fields which each finger represents. The middle finger deals with service (goals, restrictions). The index finger deals with authority (position, wealth, happiness). The ring finger deals with fulfillment (fame, success). Finally, the little finger deals with activity (health, mind, commercial ventures).

    • If your joints are generally smooth, then you may tend to be passive, letting other control you, but at the same time quite impulsive which may sometimes lead to carelessness.
    • If your top knuckles are smooth and your middle ones are internally rough, then you are a person whose intellect and practicality work well together. A strong instinctive drive is a characteristic of well-developed knuckles.
    • The fleshiness of the pads inside the fingers as well as the flatness of those areas show a good development or lack of it in regards to the attributes of each finger.
    • Well-developed balls on the ends of fingers show a strong intellect and courtesy of the mind. A flatness represents a lack of intellectual insight regarding the attributes of the respective fingers.
  3. 3
Examine the finger spacing. It is also important to note the way fingers are spaced apart. With your hand in a relaxed position, examine how some fingers stand apart from others and how some stick close to the adjacent fingers.

    • An independent mind is signified when your little finger stands apart from the ring finger, with a great deal of space between them.
    • An art-related life is shown when the ring finger sticks close to the middle finger. Your fate will also aid in your success.
    • If your middle finger and the index finger stick close together, it shows that you will gain authority and rank through your own goals and dreams. If they stand apart, then your position will come from other means.
  4. 4
Examine the finger build. The build and thickness of a person's fingers can denote the personality type.

    • Heavy fingers often show a more physical nature, maybe with a tough outlook on things.
    • Long and slim fingers signify more of an emotional and aggressive type of person, so this person may be very sensitive to insults or very literal to sarcastic remarks.
    • Short and thick shows that a person is more emotionally comfortable.
    • If your index finger is longer than the normal length, you tend to be a leader and tell others what to do. But if it is shorter, then you tend to sit back and let others control you.
  5. 5
Examine the finger length. The length of your fingers are measured relative to the size of your palm. On average, the longest finger is about seven-eighths the size of your palm, and if it is just as long as your palm, then your fingers are considered long. Short fingers are shorter than seven-eighths of the palm. In relation to the fingers, the thumb is normally higher than the bottom joining of the index finger. The index finger, however, reaches a third of the way up the nail of the middle finger. The ring finger normally reaches just above the nail of the middle finger and the little, or pinkie, finger should reach the top joint of the ring finger.

    • If your ring finger is longer than the normal length, you may have an artistic talent, as well as a reckless and wild nature.
    • If your little finger is shorter than the normal length, it shows that you lack the ability to influence others. If it is longer, you tend to be very articulate, and good at writing and selling.

Lines

  1. 1
Read the Health Line. The Health Line deals with the material well-being as much as the physical. This is especially so that when the Life Line may be faint or hard to see. If a person has very faint Fate, Fame, and Success Lines, then the Health Line also lays a strong part in the development of material wealth. The Health Line can be found extending from below the little finger, down across the palm, to the base of the thumb. Sometimes, it may even join with the Life Line.

    • Missing - it is likely that you'll have little to no health problems.
    • Strong and undisturbed - strong business sense as well as the strength to work hard and make money.
    • Wavy - potential health problems as a result of anxiety and nervousness.
    • Broken - poor health will cause problems in business situations.
    • Smaller lines crossing Health Line - prone to accidents.
    • Extra lines branches onto the Life Line - sign of life-threatening situation in old age.
    • Square encircling the line - a sign of protection, whether it be in the form of good medical treatment, or aid in solving a business problem.
    • Break in the line to form a donut shape - a need for hospitalization.
    • A triangle formed by the Life, Head, and Health Lines - known as the Lucky Triangle, where the broader the angle of the triangle, the greater your luck.
  2. 2
Read the Fame Line. The Line of Fame reinforces the Fate Line. The Fame Line influences the social rewards of success. This line, if visible, starts at the base of the hand, and moves its way up to below the ring finger, running parallel to the Fate Line.

    • Missing - one's future fame must be looked for in other areas of the palm; may still be successful but prefer to do without public acclaim.
    • Strong and clear - distinction and satisfaction with your life's work.
    • Broken repeatedly - indication of the ups and downs of social recognition.
    • Travels straight to the ring finger - likely to have fame in the arts.
    • Starts at the Head Line and runs through the Heart Line - hard work and success late in life.
    • A separation at the end of the Fame Line (becoming two smaller lines) - success may be dubious in value.
    • Ends beneath the ring finger in a star or triangle - spectacular success awaits in the fine arts field (acting, singing, dancing).
    • Ends beneath the ring finger in a square - a kindly patron.
  3. 3
Read the Marriage Lines. Relationships are indicated by the little line (or lines) that are located just below the base of the little finger. The closer the lines are to the base of the little finger, the later in life these relationships will be.

    • Several light lines - romances.
    • Strong and clear lines - marriage.
    • Numerous overlapping lines - affair(s).
    • Lines that meet but don't cross - children that will be born in affairs.
    • Fork at the start towards the back of the hand - long engagement.
    • Fork at the end towards the palm - separation (with or without divorce).
    • Line at the end that cuts the line off sharply - end to a relationship due to death or divorce.
    • Breaks that resumes with an overlap - separation with a later reunion.
  4. 4
Read the Money Lines. These lines don't indicate material wealth, so much as they represent skill in acquiring riches and how it can be done.

    • No Line - You will be making so much money you'll wipe your nose with a $100 bill
    • Line from the base of the thumb to below the index finger, ending in a star - a natural talent for moneymaking.
    • Line from the base of the thumb to the little finger - wealth acquired through inheritance or family allowances.
    • Line from the base of the thumb to below the middle finger - money made in business.
    • Line running to the ring finger, cutting through the Fame Line - money obtained through luck and surprise.
  5. 5
Read the Travel Lines. The Travel Lines are a major indication of the trips taken throughout your life that have had or will have a penetrating impact on your life. These lines generally start from the edge of the palm at the 'heel," opposite the thumb, and extend horizontally.

    • Intersecting the Life Line - a trip will be made under circumstances of health, or your health will be affected by a trip.
    • Crossing the Travel Line - danger, or problems within travel.
    • A square encircles the lines - a sign of protection in your travels.
    • Breaks - possible delay in your travels.
    • Intersecting the Fate Line - travel will present a life-changing experience.
  6. 6
Read the Minor Lines. The Minor Lines can be found in most hands. They include the lines of Opposition, Intuition, Escape, and Influence.

    • Lines of Opposition: These lines can be found on the outside of the palm, between the Heart and Head Lines. These lines illustrate the opposing forces that we all must deal with in life.
    • Line of Intuition: This line appears on the outer palm (at the base of the hand under the little finger). It illustrates strong insight. If you have this line you are an extremely sensitive, intuitive person and may have ESP (extra-sensory perception). The line can appear to curve into the palm or out to the edge of the palm. Either way, the meaning stays the same.
    • Line of Escape: This line is more towards the bottom of the palm, near the base. It often crosses the Life Line, and this crossing symbolizes the time in your life the following experience may happen. The Line of Escape illustrates an individual who escapes the problems of their life by indulging in their imagination. If it connects with the Line of Fame, they retreat into creative arts ease themselves. If the Line of Escape crosses with the Health Line, the person will resort to drugs and drinking. This may also foreshadow suicide.
    • Lines of Influence: These lines originate from the base of the thumb, and radiate out into the Palm. Where they connect with other lines, they illustrate an important event. The much sought after influence lines are the ones that show how and where you will come into money, if it crosses the Money Lines.

How to See aura and Chakras in your body

Learn how to see your aura! As you'll see, this practice is similar to meditation. You've heard many questions about auras, such as: 'How can I see my aura?' , 'Are there any tips or tricks in seeing auras?' , 'What color is MY aura?' , 'How long does it take to see an aura?' In this article, I'll show you how to see your ownaura!
Stand or sit several feet away from a mirror.  Make sure you have a solid, light colored background behind you.  Look at yourself in the mirror.  Focus your attention at an outlining spot on your body.  (I focus on the area between my neck and shoulders.)  At first, you might see a thin white or transparent image around your body. This white or transparent image will appear as a nearly-clear form of energy, but you'll definitely see it.'How can I see my aura?' , 'Are there any tips or tricks in seeing auras?' , 'What color is MY aura?' , 'How long does it take to see an aura?' aura, auras, tips, tricks, mu aura, how, how can, how do, how long, what color, seeing auras, see, Magic Eye Method, Magic Eye, Method
Remain focused.  Eventually that white or transparent image will expand and will become a noticeable color (on me it's a thin yellow outline of my body). At this point, you're seeing something that your mind isn't used to seeing, which triggers your brain to start thinking, and the aura disappears. It'll come back quickly and will disappear just as quickly as soon as you think about what you're seeing.

If you can remain focused long enough on your aura, you'll find that it will expand in waves like to image to the left, perhaps coming in a little closer but gradually going out further away from your body and enveloping other colors.  At this point, I see a purplish color, but once if I don't maintain focus, then, I'll lose the aura quickly when the aura expands..

The easiest way for me to see my aura is by using what I call the 'Magic Eye Method'.  This is something I came up with when I meditate into a mirror and applied this theory to seeing my aura. When you view a Magic Eye picture long enough, another 3d picture emerges from the original picture.

For those who are unfamiliar with the Magic Eye, here's an example. :

How can I see my aura?' , 'Are there any tips or tricks in seeing auras?' , 'What color is MY aura?' , 'How long does it take to see an aura?' aura, auras, tips, tricks, mu aura, how, how can, how do, how long, what color, seeing auras, see,

(scroll to the bottom for the Magic Eye answer)

Here are the directions to see the 3D image inside of this picture:
How can I see my aura?' , 'Are there any tips or tricks in seeing auras?' , 'What color is MY aura?' , 'How long does it take to see an aura?' aura, auras, tips, tricks, mu aura, how, how can, how do, how long, what color, seeing auras, see, see your aura, your aura

(from the 3d magic eye website)

Hold the center of the printed image right up to your nose. It should be blurry. Focus as though you are looking through the image into the distance. Very slowly move the image away from your face until the two squares above the image turn into three squares. If you see four squares, move the image farther away from your face until you see three squares. If you see one or two squares, start over!

When you clearly see three squares, hold the page still, and the hidden image will magically appear. Once you perceive the hidden image and depth, you can look around the entire 3D image. The longer you look, the clearer the illusion becomes. The farther away you hold the page, the deeper it becomes.

Eventually, you can train yourself to focus out of your non-dominant eye (in my case, my left eye) which triggers a different visual brain reaction in your ability to see three dimensional figures (and subsequently, your aura) within these pictures.

Use this same type of unconventional viewing when trying to see your aura. Stay focused, yet don't 'think' about what you're seeing.  See how far you can extend your aura.

In time, we will be able to see whose aura is compatible for 5D Earth and whose isn't. This will become second nature. In time, people will see others with the "halo effect" that was seen in early Christianity pictures (and no, I'm not religious...hahaha)

Halo -Signifies divine radiance, but can also mean sainthood, sovereignty, wisdom and vital energy. Sometimes a golden disk or rayed disk, triangle or diamond shaped. Christ is often shown with a cruciform halo, as here. Live people such as the Pope will be shown with a square shaped halo. It is also seen in other religions, was used before christianity, and was originally a symbol of the sun or of majesty and power. Buddha has a red halo, the Hindu god Shiva has a fire-fringed halos signifying the cosmos, Roman emperors had halos, and in Christian Byzantium, even Satan was shown with a halo of power.
